E-consults
Email consultations are preferred and we will request an e-consult in addition to the face-to-face consult. We have found that e-consults help with clarity in communication. We ask that the client email us a detailed description [what, where, how: size/colour and why (optional)] and include supporting jpg images from our website, from Google images or any other resources. Jpegs should be a minimum of 288px (4") wide and tall. Please do not send thumbnails, URLs, nor files that are larger than 720px (10") tall and wide.

It is not necessary to come in for a face-to-face consult once the e-consult has been submitted and Daemon has replied to it. E-consults are free. However, if you prefer a face-to-face consultation, there will be a $125 fee which will become part of the deposit once a booking is made. Unless you are from overseas, do not start an e-consult more than 3-6 months in advance. Thank You.

Drawings
Once we have the e-consult with reference images and the appointment is booked, Daemon will begin drawings within the week of the actual appointment date. The drawing is an outline only. There will be no details or colour added; this is done at the time of the appointment. Small changes to the design can be made just prior to or at the time of the appointment. This keeps costs down for the client. If a client wants a scan of the design outline to be emailed no earlier than 2 days before the appointment date, there will be an additional $25 fee per drawing. To date, we have not charged for a pre-drawing that was to become a tattoo. However if a client cancels after a drawing has been rendered, regardless whether it has been scanned and emailed, the deposit pays for the drawing.

Tattoo appointments
Bookings on weekends tend to fill up to 4-6 months in advance. Weekdays tend to fill up 3 months in advance, depending on the size of the tattoo.
