Email consultations are preferred to help clients clarify their tattoo vision. We ask that the client email us a detailed description [what,where, how: size/colour and why (optional)] and include supporting jpg images (not numbers or urls, please) from our website, from google images or any other resources. When selecting images, make sure that you are not saving the thumbnail as it will be too small. Click on the thumbnail to get the larger i mage, then right click on the image and save on your desktop. It is not necessary to come in for a face-to-face consult once the e-consult has been submitted and Daemon has replied to it. Face-to-face consultations may still be an option for clients who deem it necessary, but the wait time may make it less desirable than an econsult. Once you have sent in your econsult and have decided that you are ready to book, you must leave a deposit or the appointment will not be held. Deposits are non-refundable. If you are ready to leave a deposit, you may do so through an Interac Email Money Transfer. If you can do your banking online, you should be able to do this. You will have to add Urban Primitive to your Recipient List (or whatever your bank calls it). Please be sure to use bodyart@urbanprimitive.com as the Recipient Email Address. An email will be sent to the us notifying us of the incoming transfer. To collect the money, we must correctly answer the Security Question. Make sure the security question you choose is one we will actually be able to answer; If we can't answer it, we can't accept your deposit, and cannot guarantee your appointment time will be held.
